Hand moulding

Here we are able to use boxes up to a size of 2500x2500x1500mm. We can cast up to 2 tons of Aluminum

Sandsystem

Synthetic glauconitic sand, Cold natural resin sand and Oil sand. Our continuous mixer has an output of 12 t/h.

Sample application

Tempered thermoformed moulding for a whirlpool. Channels for temperature control were pu to practice by using fused steel tubes. That way we could prevent expensive editing.

 

RapidPrototyping:

We produce polystyrenemodels with our EOSint 350P.

Production areas within our foundry

 

Our foundry is, following the central area of the smeltery, divided in four production areas:

- Hand moulding

- Machine moulding

- Mould robot

- Permanent mould casting

 

Each of these areas is used for products that can be produced most efficiently with this exact procedure.That means that the handmoulding is ideal for bigger single components, our mould robot is perfect for serial parts and the machine moulding is used to produce smaller parts economically.

CAD / CAM-System:

We use Inventor HSM and ZW3D as CAD/CAM-Systems for programming our CNC-Centres and our intern tool design and construction.

 

Cut surfaces to our customers:

We use exchange formats like iges, dxf, vda, stl and step. On top of these we have native cut surfacesto Catia V4/V5, ProE, and Uni Graphics
