Using the experience of years in our craft we are going to assist you with the practice-oriented implement of your ideas. We are not only giving you advice concerning the choice of an adequate raw material or a castable design, but we will also help you with a feasibility- and cost effectiveness study.

From a CAD to a model

Our CAD/CAM-program Varimetrix is currently the most continuous system from Hybridmodeler to Cutprogram. That way we are able to implement your CAD-Data fast and cost efficient into a foundry pattern. If necessary we can test your design with our EOSint 350P. Using this service you are able to see your design as a polystyrene model before we start to produce this design.

That way mistakes are found before the pilot run and modification costs do not apply.

Process approached organisation makes for quality

Since we have been DIN/ISO 9001:2008 certified the organisation within our production progress is process approached. To do so we have started by analyzing all existing procedures and then we´ve divided these into reasonable processes.

The organisation has developed appropriate to our production areas foundry, mechanical fabrication and hardening shop. That way we are able to implement all of our customers´ demands.

Counselling concerning the choice of your raw material

It is a pleasure for us to give you advice concerning the choice of the ideal cast alloy for your requirements. We recommend the usage of the "Casting Adviser" by the casting association BDG. There you will get a quick overview over the usage of different casting techniques and raw materials.

We have been proving for years now, that qualified craft can be easily combined with innovative production. We do everything to find economic solutions for our customers, which we later implement with competent proficiency.

We are producing sandcasting components using standardised Aluminum- and Copperalloys with about 40 staff members in our firm in Landsberg am Lech. Our batchsizes go from single components using hand mould casting to large volume production which is produced with our HWS-mould robot

Our whole alloy variety comes from our hardening shop with all different kinds of heat treatments. That way we are able to adjust the characteristics of the raw material, which is later used for your components.
